If you know someone who may be interested, ask them to complete our Surrogacy Prescreen Registration to see if they qualify. When asked how they learned about Worldwide Surrogacy Specialists, please have them list your name. You can also speak with the Worldwide Surrogacy team to let them know that you're referring a potential surrogate.
You will receive the first $1,250 after your referred surrogate signs their contract. You’ll receive the remaining $1,250 the day of the surrogate’s embryo transfer.
