You’ve officially decided to create or expand your family through surrogacy. You’ve done your research, signed up with an agency to help you through the process, and are now matched with a surrogate.
Now it’s time for the Gestational Surrogacy Contract phase. The contract process may seem daunting, but it’s one of the most important steps in the surrogacy journey.
Here’s everything you need to know about the contract phase:
Founder and Legal Director Victoria T. Ferrara acts as legal counsel for many of the clients in the drafting and negotiation of the GS Contract. The intended parents will have an opportunity to discuss these revisions with Vicki and/or their legal counsel in the state where the birth is to take place.
Attorney Ferrara and the WSS contract team are on hand to assist and answer questions whenever necessary for all of their clients.
At Worldwide, we operate under the firm belief that every successful surrogacy starts with the right match. Under the leadership of Victoria Ferrara, the founder and managing partner of Ferrara Law Group, PC, Worldwide is dedicated to helping intended parents of every race, gender, and sexual orientation build their families through surrogacy.
